• a sleeping room with a double bed (length: 2m, width: 1m40) for the parents
• a sleeping room for max. 3 children with 1 bed  (length: 2m, width 90cm) and 1 bunk bed – there is still space for a baby bed
• a fully equipped kitchen (everything EXCEPT an oven) with – dishwasher – vitroceramic (not induction) stovetop – microwave – senseo coffee maker – a normal coffee maker
